Glassdomain.co.uk was launched in July 2005. The website, which is the result of a collaboration between up and coming young designer Peter Wardleworth and glass specialists Bromsgrove Glass and Windows Ltd, offers a range of high quality, contemporary glass furniture designed and manufactured in the heart of the Midlands.

As the designer behind www.glassdomain.co.uk, Peter’s striking furniture collection combines beautiful styling with thoughtful functionality. By starting from the point of view of the consumer and looking at their requirements, glassdomain ltd has succeeded in developing a harmonious range that meets the needs of modern living, be it working from home or simply coping with small spaces.

Having identified the living and home office requirements of the modern homeowner, glassdomain shaped its range accordingly into three distinct categories – Soho, Apartment and Contemporary. Each collection includes a variety of ‘mix and match’ pieces of glass furniture, which have been designed specifically to resolve issues of space and practicality.

Signature pieces include an innovative glass desk that converts to a dining table outside office hours and a low circular coffee table that features an aluminium vase embedded in its centre for holding flowers or chilling a bottle of wine. Specialised glass colouring and wood in-lay techniques perfected in Bromsgrove also feature across the range, in the shape of a black glass sideboard and console table with walnut drawer.
